IntelliNova

InTelliNova SRL, trading as IntelliNova, was founded on 10 March 2025. It is based in the Charleroi region of Belgium.

We provide software and AI consulting: application migration, custom applications, agents and local models. We work in Charleroi, Wallonia, Brussels, across Belgium and remotely.

Our motto is Latin: “Ars dirigit, machina exsequitur”. Art directs, the machine executes. The architect decides, the agents produce, and every result is verified.

A career built in production

Since 2003, our architect has developed business software, integrated systems and supported their evolution in production.

  1. 2003-2007

    C++ and InterBase. Livestock management, index calculation, breeding optimisation, automated data exchange with government agencies.

  2. 2007-2013

    Consultant. Healthcare: tools to support the follow-up of cardiovascular risk, COPD, asthma and diabetes, and patient data exchange in KMEHR format with the main Belgian medical software. Pharmaceutical sector: full project cycle, release management, coordination of acceptance tests. Public transport. Microsoft MCTS certifications on .NET (2008-2012).

  3. 2015-2016

    Web applications in ASP.NET MVC on Azure, including the integration of an online payment service.

  4. Since 2016

    Senior software engineer on a .NET microservices platform: RabbitMQ and MassTransit, Redis, SQL Server, Couchbase, Kubernetes.

AnythingMachine, the agent factory

AnythingMachine is the software factory we use to produce. Every request becomes a structured ticket, and every ticket follows the same path until the code is merged.

This website was itself produced by that factory.

  • Every request becomes a structured ticket, in YAML validated by a schema.
  • Forgejo holds the state, the branches and the reviews; a plugin for DeepSeek Harness orchestrates the work.
  • Local models (Qwen3.8 27B on an RTX 5090) work alongside Claude and Codex.
  • Acceptance tests are written by a different agent from the coder, then locked.
  • Checks are commands: they pass or they fail.
  • Review is done by a model from another family or by the architect; merging is automatic once everything is green.
  • Models are compared through A/B trials on the same tickets.

Our principles

Five principles guide every project. They come down to three values: vision, control, results.

  • Supervision

    The architect stays in charge from start to finish. The agents execute within the framework the architect sets; the decisions stay with the architect.

  • Arbitration

    Every structuring choice is decided by the architect, together with you. Trade-offs are explained, not imposed.

  • Optimisation

    We look for the shortest path to a solid result: the right models, the right tools, no wasted work.

  • Precision

    Verifiable criteria, tests written first, automatic checks: what we announce can be measured.

  • Fitness

    A solution sized to your need. Neither undersized nor more complicated than necessary.
